🌿Vegan Buddha bowl🌿

Processed with VSCO with c2 preset🌿I Love to cook desserts but also I’m a big fan of colourful #vegan Buddha bowls 🥗 I had some radishes in the fridge and decided to make it pickled. They turned out super delicious , crunchy , tangy and also in beautiful pink colour .
Today’s #superfood bowl made of mixed quinoa drizzled with lemon juice🍋, 🥦steamed kale with hemp seeds @indigo_herbs , baked sweet potato veggies with cinammon and turmeric spices, @spicedpurpose chickpeas , half avocado 🥑with black sesame seeds, grilled peppers, homemade houmous topped with @chiabiaseed ,sauerkraut , grilled zucchini ,red onion and some greens and star fruit⭐️ Topped with miso and lemon juice dressing 👌🏼 All cooked with @vitacocouk oil 🥥 I will definitely try to make more of this as it’s so delicious and healthy 🌿 In fact, it’s great for #mealprep, simple prepare all the ingredients, place in the food containers and mix and match when ready to eat 🍴 #vegetarian #jhealthykitchen #veganrecipes #plantbased #foodinfluencer #healthyfood ©️into.trends
